1.Package Products: Limited to All-Access Package, Curated Collection Package, and Preferred Package.
2.Package Contents: Each package includes 17 individual tickets (one ticket per concert). Multiple packages can be purchased, subject to availability.
3. Seat Selection Service: Domestic customers who have purchased tickets are required to add the official customer service WeChat. Starting November 18, customer service will provide one-on-one seat selection assistance in the order of payment. Overseas customers may email shenzhenverbierfestival@szyyt.com for details.
4.Real-Name PASS: All-Access PASS, Curated Collection PASS, and Preferred PASS require real-name registration and are non-transferable.
5. Ticket Delivery: Domestic orders will be delivered within two weeks after the public on-sale date (via SF Express). Self-pickup is available at Shenzhen Concert Hall. Overseas customers may collect tickets at the venue box office before the concert.
6.Ticketing Policy: Packages are non-refundable after purchase. All tickets are physical copies. Unless otherwise specified in this policy, tickets are non-refundable once sold; concert dates and seats cannot be changed; lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued. If a specific concert in your package is changed (e.g., artist or program adjustments) and becomes eligible for refund, you may request a refund for that concert only. One ticket per person, assigned seating.
7.Package Discounts: Cannot be combined with member discounts or other promotions.
8. Child Admission: Children 1.2m or taller, or aged 6 and above, must hold a valid ticket. Children under 6 are not admitted. Children aged 6 who are under 1.2m must present both ID and ticket. Parental supervision is strongly recommended.
